A good rule of thumb is 18-20 months in advance if the wedding is during the busy seasons of fall and spring, and 8-10 months in advance if the wedding is scheduled for the off-season.
THE BOOKING PROCESS
To determine your best rate, we’ll need to collect some basic contact information, start and end times, approximate number of guests, etc.
Cool Timeline
Consider booking in September or October for milder, more comfortable weather Late afternoon/early evening or early morning are the best times for lighting in Boston
Consider having a framed enlargement of one of your bridal session portraits on display at your reception.
This worksheet will help us prepare the shot sheet for your big day! Information collected will include venue details, bridal party, grooms party, etc.
We’ll check in 1-2 days before the wedding to finalize location and time. Then, on the big day, we’ll be there before the start time to set up and prepare. Let the fun begin!
A few weeks after the wedding, you’ll receive your edited photos and will have the opportunity to choose the images for your wedding album. Albums typically take 1-2 months to produce.
